Position requires experience in operating all equipment used in commercial cleaning. To include; buffers, polishers, power washers, Kaivac, carpet cleaning equipment, ride-on or walk behind equipment. Must be able to maintain equipment and conduct minor repairs. Requires travel between accounts.
SUPPORT SERVICES UTILITY TECHNICIAN

The Professional Group is seeking experienced, dependable professionals to join our Support Services Division as Utility Technicians.
This position specializes in floor care, carpet cleaning, hard floor restoration, specialty cleaning, and project-based work across various facilities throughout Southeast Michigan.
What You'll Do:
- Carpet cleaning and extraction
- Floor stripping, waxing, scrubbing, and burnishing
- Specialty cleaning projects
- Operate professional floor care equipment
- Travel to various client locations
- Deliver exceptional results with minimal supervision
What We're Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable and self-motivated
- Experience with floor care equipment preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid Driver's License
When specialty projects are not scheduled, Utility Technicians may assist with janitorial coverage and facility support services.
