Ensure the effective maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment to support safe and efficient operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Repair and installation activities at all Cross Church facilities.
- Adhering to repair schedules and evaluating repair cost estimates for any infrastructure, mechanical systems, etc. as needed at any Cross Church facility.
- Maintain all inventory logs of all equipment, and ensure proper storage.
- Conduct preventive maintenance work on electrical and plumbing fixtures and on all mechanical systems at all Cross facilities.
- Maintenance and repair work by regularly updating punch lists.
- Conduct safety fire or security inspections as scheduled at Cross Church facilities.
- Other duties and responsibilities assigned.

Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
