Paralegal
Prominent Sarasota Law Firm has an immediate opening for a full-time Litigation Paralegal for a busy practice. Our ideal candidate has experience in litigation (preferably in the field of medical malpractice), is highly organized, is detail orientated and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment and can work independently or in a team setting.
Job duties will include:
Scheduling of meetings; depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
Communicating with clients, attorneys, and judicial staff.
Assisting in the preparation of cases for mediation and litigation.
Maintaining client case files.
Drafting various pleadings and discovery requests/responses.
