Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC/R systems, refrigeration units, appliances, and mechanical equipment to ensure optimal operation.
- Diagnose issues using schematics and technical manuals; execute repairs promptly to minimize downtime.
- Repair or replace faulty components in air conditioning systems, refrigeration equipment, and other mechanical devices.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and system updates for compliance and future reference.
- Respond swiftly to emergency maintenance requests to resolve urgent issues effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a service technician with a focus on appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, or related fields.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams accurately.
- Hands-on experience with equipment repair, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems—including air conditioning—and refrigerant handling is essential.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
