KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Serve as the onsite venue representative during weddings, private events, and high-
capacity gatherings.
* Act as a liaison between the venue and clients, planners, vendors, and staff during events.
* Assist the venue team in coordinating logistics for weddings, private parties, and public
events hosted by the venue (such as open houses, community events, or special
programming).
*Support in-house event planning by coordinating rental orders, food vendors, and other
third-party service providers.
*Support onsite lodging operations including guest communications and check-ins.
*Assist with general office responsibilities including scheduling, communication, and
administrative support.
*Provide computer-based support for event inquiries, marketing projects, data tracking,
and customer service tasks.
* Supervise event vendors and ensure adherence to all venue rules, guidelines, and contract
terms.
* Support pre-event setup and post-event breakdown as needed to assist the venue team.
* Ensure consistent enforcement of venue policies throughout each event while delivering
top-tier hospitality.
* Monitor guest behavior, vendor conduct, noise levels, and overall event flow to ensure
safety and compliance.
* Conduct pre- and post-event walkthroughs and report on damage, incidents, or policy
breaches.
* Assist with tidying and light cleanup of kitchen areas, including dishwashing as needed
during events.
* Prepare accurate post-event reports and summaries for management.
* Remain onsite through the duration of each event until all guests and vendors have
vacated and the property is secure.
* Proactively address and resolve issues as they arise, escalating to management when
appropriate.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Prior experience in hospitality, luxury event operations, or wedding/event coordination
strongly preferred.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to diplomatically
manage high-end clients and vendors.
* Confident, calm, and professional demeanor with strong situational judgment.
* Highly organized and capable of working independently without direct supervision.
* Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite) and comfort
learning new computer systems.
* Ability to remain composed and courteous under pressure or in the face of challenges.
* Willingness and availability to work variable hours, especially evenings, weekends, and
late nights.
* Professional presentation and reliable transportation required.
* Must be 21 years of age or older.
* Physical ability to walk and stand for extended periods and navigate estate grounds.
SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION
* Part-time, on-call role based on the venue’s event schedule and calendar.
* Typical event shift duration: 6–8 hours, starting between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM and
ending between 12:30 AM and 2:30 AM, depending on the event timeline.
* Additional pre-event planning and office-based admin shifts may be available with an
estimated 1 day per week 9:30am-5:30pm.
* Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
