The Role:
As an Account Manager, you will be a pivotal part of our operations, overseeing a portfolio of commercial cleaning accounts across Teeside/Durham This is a hands-on leadership role that requires someone with a strong work ethic, who is highly organised, and possesses excellent client management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing commercial cleaning clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and effectively resolve any issues that arise.
Oversee the recruitment and training of cleaning staff for your accounts.
Conduct regular audits of cleaning accounts to ensure high standards are consistently met.
Lead by example, demonstrating a willingness to assist with cleaning duties when required to support the team.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and secure new client opportunities, with potential for performance-based bonuses.
