Compensation-
- Base pay of $1,200 per month, paid on the 1st of each month.
- Monthly commission paid on the 15th of each month for services completed during previous month.
- Average total monthly earning range from $3,500 to $3,600+, with top performers earning even more.

Job description:
We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and hardworking individual to join our growing team as a Pest Control Technician. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in a stable and essential industry. No prior experience is required — paid training will be provided for the right candidate.
Position Responsibilities:
- Perform residential and commercial pest control services
- Conduct termite inspections, treatments, and preventative services
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding services performed and recommendations
- Safely apply products in accordance with company procedures and state regulations
- Complete service reports accurately and thoroughly
- Maintain company vehicle, equipment, and tools in clean working condition
- Work both independently and as part of a team to provide high-quality service
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Team-player mindset with good communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in Florida heat and varying weather conditions
Physically capable of:
◦ Climbing ladders
◦ Working in attics and crawl spaces
◦ Lifting and carrying equipment/materials
◦ Standing, bending, kneeling, and walking for extended periods
- Comfortable working in environments involving insects, rodents, and confined spaces
- Must be dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct
