HVAC Technician – Job Opening
We are seeking an experienced, reliable HVAC Technician with strong customer service skills to join our team. The ideal candidate is professional, detail‑oriented, and capable of performing high‑quality installation, service, and maintenance on residential and commercial air‑conditioning systems.
Position Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of HVAC experience (installation, service, and maintenance)
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills
- Must have personal hand tools required for HVAC service work
- Ability to diagnose, repair, and install AC systems efficiently and safely
- Must pass a background check
- Must have a clean driving record
- EPA Certification required
- High school diploma or trade school certification preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional appearance and dependable work ethic
Responsibilities
- Install, service, and maintain air‑conditioning systems
- Perform system diagnostics and provide accurate solutions
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings and recommendations
- Complete work orders, documentation, and service reports
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
