$4,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid bi-weekly)

$3.00/hour shift differential for hours worked between 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
$2.00/hour night shift differential
Additional $2.00/hour weekend incentive for all hours worked on Saturday and Sunday

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care
Administer medications, treatments, and skilled nursing care
Monitor resident conditions and respond appropriately to changes
Supervise and mentor Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
Ensure accurate and timely documentation
Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies
Promote a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment
Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
Strong assessment, leadership, and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional resident care
Ability to work every other weekend and holiday rotation
