CWC is seeking a secondary teacher to serve in the middle school department for the 2026-2027 school year. Content areas vary and may include ELA, Bible, Science, and/or Geography/History. Teachers are responsible for making disciples of Christ through their gifts and talents and implementing the educational program at CWC by guiding students through lessons using various teaching styles. Teachers will assess learning through formative and summative measures and document progress and growth and communicate information in a timely manner to students and parents. Additionally, teachers will maintain a safe and respectful classroom environment and adhere to the professional standards set forth by CWC.

Must welcome and disciple students and their families from all Christian traditions with a desire that all people will receive salvation by grace through faith (2 Peter 3:9, Ephesians 2:8).

Hold a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university.

Possesses appropriate certifications as required by the State of Wisconsin and accrediting agencies.

Exhibits strong classroom management, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and respond effectively to classroom dynamics.

Ability to communicate effectively as a writer and a speaker in a variety of contexts.

Will enroll own school age children at CWC, unless approved otherwise.
