Job Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Shipping Associate, you will be responsible for the daily operation of our warehouse, including:
Shipping & Order Fulfillment
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Verify product SKUs, sizes, colors, and quantities before shipment.
- Print shipping labels using UPS, USPS, DHL, and FedEx shipping software.
- Package products securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Meet daily shipping deadlines to ensure orders are dispatched on time.
- Assist with carrier pickups and occasionally drop off packages at UPS, USPS, DHL, or FedEx locations during paid work hours.
Returns Processing
- Open and inspect returned packages.
- Assess the condition of returned merchandise.
- Restock eligible inventory.
- Separate damaged or non-sellable products according to company procedures.
- Maintain an organized returns area.
Warehouse Operations
- Receive incoming inventory shipments.
- Verify incoming inventory quantities and product accuracy.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Perform inventory counts and assist with inventory management.
- Keep shelves, workstations, and storage areas organized.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse.
Receiving Shipments
Approximately every two months, large inventory shipments arrive at our warehouse. Responsibilities include:
- Unloading delivery trucks.
- Moving and organizing inventory.
- Lifting and stacking cartons.
- Assisting with warehouse setup after shipments are received.
General Duties
- Follow company shipping and warehouse procedures.
- Report inventory discrepancies or damaged products.
- Work efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Assist with additional warehouse tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Must be dependable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
- Looking for a long-term opportunity, not temporary employment.
- Must be able to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 50 lbs safely and repeatedly.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the workday.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred, as occasional package drop-offs may be required.
- Previous warehouse, shipping, fulfillment, or inventory experience is preferred but not required. We will train the right candidate.

- Monday–Friday
