As we grow, we’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative to sell projects and drive revenue. This position offers a competitive base salary, along with commission and performance-based bonuses for successfully securing projects.
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that align with our services. The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving sales growth while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Sell water damage restoration services from leads generated by referral partners.
- Accurately determine job scope and prepare estimates using Xactimate.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the industry.
- Utilize construction management software to assist clients and technicians effectively.
- Conduct thorough project estimations and provide accurate quotes based on client/insurance specifications.
- Collaborate with all necessary company departments to ensure successful execution of projects.
- Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Provide ongoing support to clients and adjusters throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
- Ensure timely, professional communication and project execution from start to finish.
- Track conversion rates and contribute to quarterly and per-pay-period bonus goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales.
- Strong understanding of management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.
- Ability to work independently in a mobile, on-site environment
