Roof Smith is Colorado #1 roofing company, and we're expanding our sales team. We're looking for ONE motivated, hungry salesperson to join our team and build a career with unlimited earning potential.
TERRITORY: This position covers the Denver Metro area. Candidates from this area are encouraged to apply.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Meet with homeowners to inspect storm-damaged roofs
- Work directly with insurance companies to get claims approved
- Present roofing solutions and close contracts
- Manage your own schedule and territory
- Build relationships and generate repeat/referral business
- Work outdoors and climb on roofs (physical job requirement)
COMPENSATION:
- 40% commission on ALL sales (industry-leading rate)
- 100% commission - NO base salary or hourly pay
- Average first-year reps earn $60,000-$80,000
- Top performers earn $100,000-$150,000+
- Warm leads provided through our referral network and marketing

REQUIREMENTS:
- Clean driving record (required)
- Comfortable on roofs and ladders (required - not for people with height fears)
- Available for full-time work (40-50+ hours per week)
- Self-motivated and hungry to earn
- Coachable and willing to follow our proven system
- NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY - we train the right attitude!
