Job Summary
As a Part-Time Assistant Pizza Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to lead our team and handle daily business tasks. You will oversee both the kitchen and front-of-house staff during your shifts to keep service running smoothly and quickly. - Lead the team: Supervise kitchen cooks and counter staff during shifts to ensure high performance.
- Open and close: Manage cash drawers, lock up the building, and set up the restaurant for success.
- Ensure food quality: Check that pizzas and sides meet our high standards for taste and appearance.
- Handle customer service: Greet guests, handle phone orders, and resolve any customer complaints with a smile.
- Train new staff: Teach new team members how to make pizzas, use the register, and follow safety rules.
- Manage inventory: Track food supplies, monitor waste, and help restock pizza ingredients.

What We Are Looking For
- At least 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail setting.
- Prior experience working in a pizza restaurant or high-volume kitchen is a big plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work a flexible, part-time schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Comfort using computer systems for point-of-sale (POS) ordering and cash handling.
