Assembles, installs and repairs sheet metal and duct board products and equipment such as ductwork, fittings, fans, dampers and air distribution.
- Interpret blueprints and submittal data to execute accurate installations
- Fabricate, assemble, install, repair, and hang duct systems
- Set and/or mount equipment including air handlers, condensing units, fans, etc.
- Perform complete startup and system checks to ensure proper operation when complete
- Installation of accessories (thermostats, VAVs, dampers, take-offs, etc.)
- Set hangers, roof curbs, and wall sleeves
- Use of hand tools and power tools.
- Following blueprints and take measurements to ensure correct installation
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
