Schedule: Part-Time – weekdays between 12 P—7PM and Saturdays

Foundations to Futures provides high-quality in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism across Orange County. We focus on compassionate, ethical, evidence-based care that supports meaningful progress for every family.
Position Overview
We are seeking a part-time behavior technician in the orange county area.This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with children, want hands-on experience in the ABA field, and are looking for long-term growth.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the client’s home
- Implement individualized treatment goals and behavior-support strategies
- Collect accurate data using electronic systems
- Communicate regularly with your supervising program supervisor and BCBA
- Attend ongoing training and supervision
- Support skill generalization in the home and community
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent (required)
- Reliable transportation
- Must have valid auto insurance
- Availability on weekdays between 10:00 AM–8:00 PM and Saturdays
- Experience working with children (preferred but not required)
- Ability to pass a background check and fingerprinting (Live Scan)
