THIS ROLE: We’re looking for content creators and brand ambassadors to help grow pod- an early-stage dating app in NYC- through Instagram, TikTok, and affiliated social pages.
If you’ve been looking for an opportunity to demonstrate your talent we will provide the platform, resources, and creative control to produce and scale your best marketing ideas.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Anyone who
- Can commit 10+ hours a week, creating and testing new content daily.
- Understands Instagram, TikTok, trends, dating culture, or viral short-form content
- Is comfortable running or helping grow an affiliated social media page
- Has a sharp eye for content that gets attention and converts
- Want hands-on experience scaling an early-stage consumer startup
COMPENSATION: We believe in rewarding people in proportion to the value they create so your compensation will scale directly with how many users your content or ideas bring.
Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
