We are a highly respected and fast-paced independent service provider that is looking for a fleet mechanic, offering a rewarding work culture and a competitive compensation package.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities include conducting oil changes, brake and rotor replacements, tire repairs, and diagnosing and repairing basic electrical system issues.
- Responsible for performing scheduled vehicle maintenance and light repair services.
- Maintain open communication with management, reporting mechanical repair issues as they arise.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work bay environment.
- Utilize strong automotive mechanical diagnosis, problem-solving, and repair skills to deliver high-quality service.
- Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to a positive work atmosphere and efficient repair operations.

Qualifications:
- We are looking for someone who has experience working on gas engines and experienced with diesel technology.
- Must pass a background check (criminal), MVR check, past employment verification, and drug test.
- Strong automotive mechanical diagnosis, problem-solving, and repair skills.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various automotive systems, including brake and hydraulic, exhaust, fuel ignition, electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning, and computer systems.
- Effective communication skills to explain technical diagnoses and repairs to individuals with varying levels of technical knowledge.
Pay Structure: Weekly
Pay Period: Weekly Pay
Schedule: Monday - Friday (3AM to 11AM)
