We are seeking a Full-Time Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) for our Port Charlotte clinic.
This role is best suited for someone who has already worked in a chiropractic office and understands how to manage front desk operations, patient flow, scheduling, and administrative support in that environment.
Important: We are specifically looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience working in a chiropractic office. Candidates without direct chiropractic office experience may not be considered.
Essential Duties
- Welcome patients and visitors professionally in person and by phone
- Schedule patients efficiently while helping maintain provider flow and patient satisfaction
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, phone coverage, and paperwork
- Retrieve, update, and maintain accurate patient records
- Support intake processes and ensure required documentation is completed correctly
- Collect patient payments and verify financial information as needed
- Communicate patient arrivals and scheduling updates to the care team
- Help keep the office organized, stocked, and running smoothly throughout the day
- Maintain the waiting area and front office in a clean and professional condition
- Monitor office supplies and submit orders as needed
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in a chiropractic office is required
- Prior experience in a PCC, front desk, or patient coordination role within a chiropractic setting
- Strong understanding of chiropractic office flow, patient scheduling, and front desk responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic
- Professional, friendly, and confident communication with patients and staff
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Comfortable managing phones, scheduling, paperwork, and patient-facing responsibilities at the same time
- Spanish required
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year of chiropractic office experience required
- Experience in a chiropractic office is especially valuable for success in this position.

- Monday - Thursday 8a to 7p
