We're looking for a Roofing Project Manager who thrives on-site, not just behind a desk. If you know how to keep a crew on schedule, a homeowner in the loop, and a job under budget — from the first inspection to the final walkthrough — we want to talk to you.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can manage multiple roofing projects at once, solve problems in the field, and keep everything moving without dropping the ball.
What You'll Do
- Oversee roofing projects from initial scope through completion — scheduling, crews, materials, and timelines
- Walk job sites regularly to monitor progress, quality, and safety
- Identify and get ahead of potential issues before they become costly delays
- Keep clear, organized project documentation (Confluence) so nothing falls through the cracks
- Manage project costs and keep jobs on budget
- Be the main point of contact between crews, clients, and suppliers — clear communication, no surprises
What You Bring
- Experience managing projects, ideally in roofing, construction, or a related trade
- Strong organizational and leadership skills — you can run a job site and a spreadsheet
- Clean driving record (company vehicle provided — you'll be on the road and on job sites regularly)
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs regularly
- Spanish fluency a plus — helps on crews and with clients
