About Bow & Button
Bow & Button is a children’s consignment boutique opening in downtown River Falls. My hope is that it feels like more than just a place to shop. I want it to be a place where families feel welcome, where beautiful children’s clothing finds new adventures, and where every customer leaves feeling a little happier than when they walked in.
I’m looking for someone who would enjoy being part of creating that experience.

Retail experience is wonderful, but it isn’t the most important thing. I’m really looking for someone with a kind heart, a positive attitude, and a genuine love for serving people.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers with a smile.
- Help families find pieces they’ll love.
- Keep the boutique clean, organized, and inviting.
- Process purchases through our point-of-sale system.
- Tag and prepare inventory.
- Merchandise clothing and create beautiful displays.
- Help receive and organize consignment items.
- Help to keep the shop running smoothly.
Hours & Pay
Approximately 10 hours per week, including some weekday early afternoons and an occasional Saturday, with opportunities for additional hours as the business grows.
Pay: $17–19 per hour, depending on experience.

Starting Bow & Button has been a dream of mine for a long time, and I’m so excited to finally bring it to life. I’m looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping others and wants to be part of creating a shop that families love visiting.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
