Overview
We are looking for someone to be our new shift lead at Bakehouse 46. Shifts typically run from 6am-2pm, or 2pm-9:30pm. 38 Hours a week average. This is a tip position as well $15 an hour plus tips.
Responsibilities include:
- Servicing customers promptly with a possitive attitude.
- Maintaining accurate cash-drawer over the day.
- Product prep, including decorating cupcakes, cheesecakes, brownies, sandwiches, and coffee and lattes (We will train you on all of it if you are not experienced in these specific areas, but experience is a plus.)
- Supervise and hold team members accountable.
- Delegating tasks and responsibilities to counter staff
- Maintaining a positive and friendly atmosphere for our customers.
- Opening/closing store

QUALIFICATIONS
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Must have access to reliable transportation at all times
- Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage with and understand our guests, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for guests
