Position Overview
We are hiring cleaners to perform standard and deep cleaning services for homes, apartments, offices, and small commercial spaces. The ideal candidate is reliable, respectful, punctual, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, wiping surfaces, and trash removal
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, offices, and common spaces
- Follow cleaning checklists and service instructions for each job
- Handle client homes and personal property with care and professionalism
- Report job completion, issues, or supply needs as required
- Take before-and-after photos when required for quality control
- Arrive on time and maintain clear communication with the Brightness Cleaning team
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude
Qualifications
- Prior cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial, or home care experience preferred
- Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Must be able to follow instructions and complete checklists
- Must have access to a smartphone for scheduling, communication, and job updates
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical cleaning tasks during each shift
- Must be respectful, professional, and trustworthy
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

- Office or commercial cleaning
- Airbnb or short-term rental turnover cleaning
Schedule
Flexible scheduling available. Daytime, evening, and weekend availability may be needed depending on client bookings.
