We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Vice Principal to join our educational leadership team. Duties
- Support the development and implementation of curriculum initiatives aligned with educational standards and best practices in childhood development and early childhood education.
- Lead efforts in strategic planning to enhance school programs, student achievement, and community involvement.
- Oversee school administrative functions including budgeting, resource allocation, and compliance with educational regulations and legal requirements such as special education law.
- Facilitate professional development sessions for faculty and staff to promote instructional leadership, teaching excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Supervise school personnel including teachers, support staff, and administrative team members, ensuring effective performance evaluation and personnel management.
- Manage school operations by overseeing safety protocols, legal compliance, and day-to-day administrative tasks to maintain a secure learning environment.
- Coordinate fundraising activities and community partnerships to support school programs and initiatives.
- Lead faculty evaluation processes, classroom observations, and instructional assessments to foster high-quality teaching practices.
- Represent the school at public events, engaging with parents, community leaders, and stakeholders through confident public speaking and relationship-building skills.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in school administration or as a School Administrative Director with a strong background in education administration.
- Extensive K-12 school experience with demonstrated success in instructional leadership, curriculum development, and managing educational programs.
- Strong knowledge of educational compliance regulations including childhood development laws, special education law, and early childhood education standards.
- Experience supervising faculty and staff with skills in personnel management, performance evaluation, and professional development facilitation.
- Expertise in strategic planning, budgeting as an executive education administrator, fundraising strategies, and managing school resources effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences through public speaking and collaborative dialogue.
- Familiarity with managing budgets within educational settings along with comprehensive understanding of legal issues affecting schools.
- Demonstrated leadership in working with students across various age groups while promoting inclusive classroom environments that support childhood development.
