Accounting & Inventory Specialist (Full-Time) – Boise, ID
$22–$26/hour + Benefits | Monday–Friday | Growth Opportunity

What you’ll do:
You’ll support our accounting and operations team across:
- Accounts Payable (processing invoices, vendor communication)
- Accounts Receivable (posting payments, resolving discrepancies)
- Inventory & Order Entry (tracking, adjustments, invoicing)
Additional tasks include:
- Data entry and record keeping
- Reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies
- Supporting daily administrative operations
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in accounting, inventory, or order entry
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Comfortable with numbers and basic calculations
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience with Sage Business Works is a plus
Education:
High school diploma required
Associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a plus
