LOVE DOGS & PEOPLE? JOIN OUR PACK!
Dogtopia of Round Rock is looking for an energetic, dependable, and customer-focused team member to join our Front Desk team!
This is a fun, fast-paced and hands-on position that's perfect for someone who loves dogs, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service.
Our Front Desk team is the first and last impression our Pet Parents receive each day. You'll help manage reservations, check dogs in and out, take dogs to and from their rooms, answer questions, process transactions, communicate with our Canine Coaches, answer phones and email, and make sure every Pet Parent feels welcomed and confident leaving their pup in our care.
This isn't a sit-behind-a-desk-all-day position. During busy drop-off and pickup times, you'll be on your feet and moving! Team members also assist with safely moving dogs between the parking lot, lobby, and playrooms as needed.

As a Front Desk team member, you will:
- Strive for the highest possible customer satisfaction with every interaction.

- Maintain a clean, professional, and organized lobby and front desk.
- Help hold the team accountable to Deltopia's safety and cleaning standards.
- Complete all required Dogtopia training.
- Assist Canine Coaches and Rovers when needed.
- Assist with safely moving dogs between the parking lot, lobby, and playrooms.
