Job Summary

Duties
- Conduct outbound calls and warm outreach to potential clients, utilizing telemarketing techniques to generate interest in our products and services
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of B2B (business-to-business) sales opportunities through proactive prospecting
- Engage in effective negotiation to close deals and secure new partnerships that align with company goals
- Utilize CRM software such as Net Suite to track leads, manage customer interactions, and update sales activities accurately
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies that maximize engagement and conversion rates
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs, answering inquiries, and offering tailored technology or business solutions
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up tasks within CRM systems
