Position Summary
Spencer Concrete & Excavation is seeking a dependable and experienced CDL-A Driver to support our equipment transport needs. This position includes opportunities for leadership and coordination within the transportation team. Ideal candidates will have a strong record of safety, experience hauling heavy construction equipment, and a proactive attitude toward communication and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport construction equipment such as dozers and excavators to and from job sites.
- Support coordination and communication between drivers to ensure timely and efficient equipment delivery.
- Complete pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain accurate documentation.
- Ensure proper equipment securement and compliance with DOT standards.
- Collaborate with dispatch and project management on schedules and delivery updates.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and working condition of vehicles and trailers.
- Adhere to company safety protocols and state/federal transportation guidelines.
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license with air brake endorsement.
- Experience transporting heavy equipment.
- Familiarity with DOT compliance and transportation regulations.
- Ability to guide and communicate with other drivers effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and safety-first mindset.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and professional.
