Jones Logistics is a driver-focused carrier built around dependable work, strong communication, and taking care of the people behind the wheel. We are hiring experienced CDL Class A drivers for a local delivery position serving customers within a 300-mile radius of Magnolia, TX.
This is a hands-on role for drivers who take pride in doing the job right, from securing freight to delivering materials where customers need them.

What You’ll Get:
- $28 per hour
- Monday through Friday schedule
- 6:00 AM start time
- Home nightly
- Local deliveries within a 300-mile radius of Magnolia, TX

Equipment You’ll Use:
- Day cab
- Conestoga trailer
- Mack Anthem and Kenworth equipment may be used depending on availability
Freight You’ll Haul:
- Building materials
- Local deliveries to small lumber yards and jobsites
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver building materials safely and on time
- Strap and unstrap all loads
- Make deliveries to small lumber yards and jobsites
- Take photos of delivered materials
- Update the customer Driver App at the time of delivery
- Represent Jones Logistics professionally with customers in the field
Hiring Area:
Must live within a reasonable driving distance of Magnolia, TX.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 23 years old
- Valid Class A CDL with proper endorsements for the equipment operated
- Minimum 24 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English well enough to communicate with the public, understand traffic signs, and respond to official inquiries
- Must be physically and mentally qualified to drive a CMV and carry a valid medical certificate
- Must successfully complete Company/DOT drug screen, DOT physical, and road test
- Must have a professional appearance, reliable transportation, and a phone
- Must have a good, verifiable work history with the most recent 3 years verified and the past 10 years listed
- Must meet all Jones Logistics driving record and background requirements
