Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, drive revenue growth, and build strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hotel sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, group, and leisure segments.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and cultivate repeat business.
- Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or hospitality sales management is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of local market and hospitality industry trends.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
