Overview
We are on the lookout for a friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented Barista to join our vibrant coffee and beverage team. In this role, you'll be the face of our café, creating delightful drinks and providing top-notch customer service in a lively environment. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and non-alcoholic drinks following established recipes and standards.
- Operate POS and UBER and DOORDASH tablets to process retail sales and delivery transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food handling, beverage preparation stations, and seating areas, adhering to food safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders promptly, and addressing any special requests or dietary needs.
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy while processing payments and giving correct change.
- Restock supplies regularly and assist in inventory management to ensure the café is well-equipped at all times.
- Support food preparation tasks when needed, including basic food handling and beverage service to enhance guest experience.
Requirements
- Previous barista experience or food service background preferred; familiarity with café operations is a plus.
- Experience with POS tablets and third party delivery apps
- Strong customer service skills with an outgoing personality and positive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Good time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously without compromising quality or service.

This job includes a base pay plus tips.
