About Phoenix Learning Center
Phoenix Learning Center is a growing K–12 special needs and social-emotional learning (SEL) facility located in Sheffield Village, Ohio. We specialize in supporting students with autism, behavioral challenges, executive functioning needs, and social-emotional skill development through individualized programming and project-based learning.
We are building something different — a collaborative, student-centered environment that blends ABA, SEL, academics, and vocational preparation under one roof.
We are seeking a BCBA or BCaBA who is passionate about meaningful behavior change, team leadership, and building sustainable systems that support both students and staff.
Position Overview
The BCBA/BCaBA will provide clinical oversight, behavior plan development, staff training, and direct support for students receiving behavioral services. This role works closely with Intervention Specialists, RBTs, paraprofessionals, and administration.
This is not a high-volume clinic environment. We prioritize quality over quantity.
Responsibilities
- Conduct FBAs and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Provide clinical supervision to RBTs and behavioral staff
- Collaborate with educational staff to integrate behavior supports into academic programming
- Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary planning
- Monitor data collection systems and ensure treatment fidelity
- Support crisis prevention and de-escalation systems (PCM preferred)
- Train and mentor staff in evidence-based behavioral practices
- Maintain compliance with BACB and state requirements
Qualifications
- Active BCBA or BCaBA certification (required)
- Experience working with children/adolescents with autism and behavioral needs
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
- Experience in school-based or educational settings preferred
- PCM or CPI training preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
