Job description
· Respond to service calls from our clients
· Manage, assess, schedule and supervise the trades needed to rectify issues
· Perform smaller repairs yourself when subs aren’t warranted
· Ensure the highest quality and workmanship by all trades
Requirements and Responsibilities:
· 5 Years Minimum Construction Experience
· Ability to communicate effectively with subcontractors, owners and office staff
· Ability to manage multiple subcontractors on multiple projects
· Maintain Safety on jobsite and enforce safety with subcontractors

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Pro-Active and Detail Oriented
- Capability of creating and following a daily/weekly schedule.
- Multi-tasking with a sense of urgency while adhering to established guidelines, policies, and specifications
