Position Overview
NIA is currently seeking passionate, creative, and dedicated Elementary School Teachers to join our growing team for the upcoming academic year. Ideal candidates will have a strong commitment to student-centered learning, culturally responsive teaching, and a desire to contribute to a collaborative and mission-driven school culture in educating whole children.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with school standards and instructional goals.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment that supports the academic and emotional growth of all students.
- Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and parents to support student achievement and well-being.
- Use a variety of assessment methods to monitor student progress and guide instruction.
- Integrate character education, universal values, and global citizenship into daily teaching.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and school-wide initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
- Teaching licensure is preferred
- Minimum of 1 years teaching experience in elementary education preferred.
- Commitment to continuous growth and reflective practice.
