We’re an independently owned veterinary clinic open 7 days a week, and we’re searching for an experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our team! You will act as the primary face and voice of our clinic, ensuring exceptional client service. Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience working in a veterinary clinic (required).
- Software: Proficiency with veterinary practice management software (IdexxNeo).
- Skills: Strong knowledge of veterinary terminology, vaccines, and preventative care.
- Attributes: High emotional intelligence, conflict-resolution skills, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Relations: Welcome clients, check patients in/out, and manage the waiting area flow.
- Communication: Answer multi-line phones, reply to emails, and triage medical inquiries.
- Scheduling: Optimize appointments, surgeries, and drop-offs using clinic software.
- Financials: Process payments, manage invoices, explain estimates, and handle daily balancing.
- Records Management: Maintain accurate electronic medical records, vaccine histories, and client data.
- Pharmacy Support: Fill prescription requests and process food orders under veterinary supervision.
- Clinic Comfort: Maintain cleanliness in the lobby, front desk, and pharmacy areas.
