Job Summary

Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
- Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or food pairings that enhance their experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols
- Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring proper cash handling and reconciliation
- Develop new beverage recipes and contribute creative ideas to expand the bar menu
- Manage bar inventory by monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and minimizing waste
- Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure seamless service delivery during busy hours and special events
- Uphold responsible alcohol service practices by checking IDs and monitoring guest consumption levels
Experience
- Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment, preferably with fine dining or catering experience
- Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, and beverage recipe development
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders while maintaining high-quality service standards
- Experience working with craft beer selections and beverage presentation skills
- Food service experience including food handling, serving, and understanding food safety regulations
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally at all times
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing
- Hospitality industry experience demonstrating adaptability in dynamic environments

Pay: $30.00 - $150.00 per hour
