Receptionist / Cashier – Moonshine Harley-Davidson

Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for customers — in person and on the phone
- Answer, transfer, and track calls professionally
- Greet and assist guests with product, service, and event information
- Work closely with sales, service, and parts teams for smooth communication
- Keep a positive, energetic presence in a busy retail environment
Hours Open & Pay
- Monday – Saturday: 8:45 AM – 6 PM
- Sunday: 10:45 AM – 5 PM
- Starting $15/hour based on experience
- Breaks provided in accordance with TN law
- Overtime available when needed
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
- Basic computer skills; comfortable using POS and retail systems
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- A friendly, confident personality that fits our Harley-Davidson culture
