Title – Senior Procurement Specialist / Manager
Location – Philadelphia, PA (near Manayunk)
Hours – Monday through Friday, onsite 5 days a week, standard office hours
Pay - $85k-$95k

Responsibilities
- Oversees and approves purchases
- Develops inventory control systems and tracking the demand for inventory replenishment.
- Optimizes purchasing costs by identifying best possible deal terms and streamlining internal workflows
- Works directly with suppliers including contract negotiations
- Responsible for inventory audits and cycle counts
- Responsible for one direct report
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years in procurement within a manufacturing environment
- Previous experience using ERP systems
- College degree in a related field is preferred
- Previous people management responsibility is preferred
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, and Excel
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, walk and/or stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift, push, pull to 25 pounds
- Work site is industrial
