We are looking for a personable, experienced HVAC service technician who loves to problem solve to join our team. You'll be responsible for a variety of work orders, visiting homes and businesses to work on HVAC, indoor air quality, refrigeration, and control systems. The ideal candidate has the technical skills to identify and isolate problems, is familiar with using hand and power tools, and has strong communication skills to explain what needs to be repaired, replaced, or installed, and why. Compensation:
$62,400 - $72,800 yearly
Responsibilities:-
Understand and employ electrical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
- Fulfill preventative maintenance and warranty services for customers
- Certify newly installed components properly function
- Estimate costs of installation, repairs, and services to customers
- Maintain records of completed projects and parts used
Qualifications:-
We require candidates have a high school diploma or GED
- Earned HVAC school degree or 1+ years experience in the field as an HVAC helper or equivalent
- Applicant must have required local and state HVAC tech licenses
- Candidate must have EPA 608 refrigerant recovery certificate
- Physically able to lift 50lbs unassisted or 100 lbs with help
