Earn observation bonuses every shift, ranging from $250–$400 per month, in addition to competitive pay.
Shift Schedule:
Day Shift: 6:00AM-6:00PM
Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency setting, including IV insertion and medication administration
Conduct thorough assessments and document accurately in the EHR system
Collaborate with physicians and care team members to support communication and patient safety
Administer BLS and ACLS as needed
Use critical care experience to manage emergencies and assist with charge duties
Maintain compliance with ACLS and PALS protocols
Requirements:
Active RN license (ADN or BSN) with no restrictions
Minimum 3 years of ER experience required
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork abilities
