We’re a high quality, high-output production shop looking for capable Aluminum TIG Welders. Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates with strong work ethics and an understanding of basic fundamentals.

Responsibilities
- Work cleanly and safely—keep your station organized and follow all safety protocols
- Perform high-quality aluminum TIG welding on structural and cosmetic parts to exact specifications
- Set up, operate, and maintain TIG welding equipment
- Inspect your own welds and maintain required quality standards
- Meet production targets while keeping rejection rates low
- Share ideas for fixture improvements, process tweaks, or anything that makes us faster and better
Qualifications
- Proven aluminum TIG welding experience with clean, production-quality beads OR ability to become fully production-ready within a few weeks of guided practice (must pass our weld test for consideration)
- Steady hand, sharp eye for detail, and pride in your work
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for full shifts, and work in a shop environment
- Reliable attendance and a positive, team-first attitude
