The Schedule
We are looking for a highly reliable, dedicated nurse to work Day or Evening shifts on a part time basis. This intensive schedule is perfect for a driven nurse who wants to maximize their earning potential while providing uninterrupted continuity of care for their patient.
What You Will Do
- Deliver Compassionate Care: Provide high-quality, one-on-one skilled nursing care to patients in a home or facility setting.
- Clinical Execution: Safely administer medications, perform treatments, and conduct ongoing clinical assessments.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation.
- Collaborate & Advocate: Communicate proactively with patients, their families, and our core clinical team to ensure the highest quality of care and safety compliance.
What We Are Looking For
- Flexibility: The ability to adjust hours as needed to support the needs of the patient while the parents work
- Licensure: A current, unencumbered LPN or RN license valid in the state of Missouri (or a Multi-State Compact license).
- Certifications: Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Experience: Previous nursing experience is required (home health experience is a major plus!).
- Key Qualities: A warm bedside manner and excellent communication skills.
