Full-time Lead Water/Fire Damage and Mold Remediation Technician for Orange County territory, and neighboring counties.
Orange County Restoration Services, Inc. is looking for top-notch lead mitigation technician. Honest, dependable, professional, experienced, and hard-working individuals with a good attitude and work ethic to grow with our company.
Must-Have Requirements:
- Minimum of four years of experience as a Lead Technician in Water/Fire Damage, Mold Remediation and Sewage
- Xactimate knowledge a plus
- Leadership skills
- Will share an on-call rotation with other Lead Techs
- Supervise other technicians and temps
- Help manage jobs
- Professional appearance
- Must be able to drive a company vehicle
- CA driver's license
- Good driving record (No more than 2 points and no DUI)
- Heavy lifting (at least 50 lbs.)
- Must be willing to work after hours when needed
- No facial, head or neck tattoos
- Background check performed on all new hires
Core Responsibilities:
- Follow procedures to perform water and fire damage services and mold remediation for residential and commercial property.
- Ability to inspect properites, assess extent of damage and establish work scope
- Ability to communicate effectively with management, co-workers, and customers.
- Excellent customer service.
- Maintain company vehicle and restock supplies as needed.
- Using company software to update or review job information and thoroughly document work done (take photos and properly document all work)
- Work hand-in-hand with Project Managers for overall quality control and customer satisfaction
