Caution:
You have to have no experience of working with Hyundai, Kia, Mobis, and Glovis before. They don't rehire.
NOTE:
This is a rotating shift . You are going to move to 2nd shift. after a month. So you need to be available for both shifts.
Requirements:
- Experience of operating CNC machine.
- Bilingual preferred: English and Spanish

- Effective communication, including speaking, writing, active listening and taking instruction.
- Good leadership and training skills
- Quick troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent mechanical skills, including comfort with using tools to make simple repairs

- Keen attention to detail to identify maintenance, product or operations issues
- Ability to stand, sit or be in other physically demanding positions for long periods of time
- The ability to work fast pace in a warehouse environment
- Responsibilities include:
- Understanding and accurately performing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Specific requirements:
- Completing job orders according to the production schedule.
- Controlling and adjusting machine settings (e.g., speed) to ensure optimal production.
- Achieving departmental production requirements while maintaining a high level of quality.
