General Statement:
The Security Worker assists in the establishment and maintenance of a positive and safe educational plant and school environment. Since this position is considered a district position, the Security Worker reports to the principal of the school/building to which he/she may be assigned and also to the District Director of Security. Activities and schedules can vary with each school, and Security Workers are expected to work a full day (8 hours) at any and all of the following activities as directed by the principal or his/her designee.
