Position: Sales Manager
Compensation: Sales Managers at Merced Chevrolet enjoy a fantastic earning potential with a minimum quality/Performance level of $7,500 and a Goal Expectation of $12,000. The best part? There are no caps for additional income based on performance!
Responsibilities: As an Automotive Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Supervising and motivating salespeople to achieve individual and team goals.
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Organizing schedules, conducting training sessions, and setting performance goals.
- Interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new sales team members.
- Monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics for continuous improvement.
- Promoting and encouraging effective sales strategies to sell cars and other vehicles.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a successful Sales Manager in the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of the Central Valley automotive market is a plus.
