Job Summary
We are seeking a Lab Technician to perform laboratory testing on finished products and customer samples to ensure they meet quality and customer specifications. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, basic laboratory experience, and excellent documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform laboratory testing on finished products and customer samples.
- Collect, label, and track samples accurately.
- Inspect products and identify defects or discrepancies.
- Record test results and prepare laboratory reports.
- Maintain accurate documentation and laboratory records.
- Follow written testing procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 0–3 years of laboratory testing experience preferred.
- Experience following written procedures or testing specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
Work Schedule
- 12-hour shifts (3 days/week) or
- 8-hour shifts (5 days/week)
Must-Have Requirements
- 0–3 years of laboratory testing experience.
- Experience recording test results and maintaining documentation.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency.
- Ability to follow written testing procedures and safety standards.
- Stable work history (no more than 3 jobs in the last 10 years).
- Reliable attendance.
Pay: $18.00 - $18.02 per hour
