Responsibilities
- Operate tractor-trailer units safely and efficiently on designated routes
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, vehicle inspections, and delivery schedules
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while on the road
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding any issues or changes in schedule
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the truck and equipment
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record
- Proven experience in truck driving, particularly with tractor-trailers
- Strong delivery driver experience with knowledge of route driving best practices
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
