Bartender -Full-Time Opportunities
Searstone Retirement Community is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Bartenders to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide exceptional service to our residents and their families in a vibrant and welcoming environment. We are offering full-time positions. This is a non-tipped position.
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years of related experience
- Ability to accurately mix drinks from a variety of recipes
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with staff and management
- Positive, cordial interactions with customers
- Physically able to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to understand and speak English
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take beverage orders from wait staff or directly from customers
- Fulfill drink orders submitted by wait staff or customers
- Prepare garnishes for drinks
- Maintain a neat and sanitary bar area
- Clean glasses, utensils, and other bar equipment
- Operate Point of Sale system for customer charges or credit card payments
- Attend training classes as required
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
