Bridgeway Health and Rehabilitation Center is hiring a Floor Tech to join our team at our skilled nursing facility in Phenix City, Alabama. This role is essential in maintaining clean, safe, and polished floors throughout the building, supporting a high-quality environment for residents and staff.

What You’ll Do:
Perform floor care duties including stripping, waxing, buffing, and polishing floors
Operate and maintain floor care equipment such as buffers, burnishers, and scrubbers
Clean and maintain hallways, common areas, and resident spaces
Follow infection control and safety protocols
Ensure floors are safe, clean, and presentable at all times
Assist with general housekeeping duties as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Previous floor tech or housekeeping experience preferred, especially in healthcare or long-term care
Experience with commercial floor care equipment
Strong attention to detail and safety
Ability to work independently and stay on schedule
Reliable with consistent attendance
